What is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service providers in case of copyright infringement. It includes a "safe harbor" provision that gives online service providers protection from copyright infringement liability if they promptly remove content after receiving proper notification of an alleged infringement.
Our Policy
TikTokSaver does not actively monitor, screen, or otherwise review the content that users download through our service. However, we take claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content available through our Service infringes on your copyright or the copyright of someone you represent, you may send a DMCA notice containing the information described below to our designated copyright agent.
Required Information for DMCA Notices
Your DMCA notice must include the following:
Identification
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Copyright Description
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Infringing Material
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Contact Information
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement
A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our DMCA Process
Receipt of DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, our team will review it to ensure it contains all required information and relates to content accessible through our service.
Investigation
We will investigate the claim and attempt to identify the specific content alleged to be infringing. If necessary, we may contact you for additional information.
Removal of Content
If we determine that the DMCA notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted or accessed the content.
Counter-Notice Opportunity
The affected user will have an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the material was wrongfully removed. We will provide information on how to submit a counter-notice.
Restoration or Final Removal
If a valid counter-notice is received and the copyright owner does not file legal action within 10-14 business days, we may restore access to the removed content. Otherwise, the content will remain disabled.
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and where it was located before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which TikTokSaver may be found
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notification or their agent
Warning: Misrepresentations
Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
TikTokSaver may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TikTokSaver maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to our Service to any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
Our Commitment to Fair Use
TikTokSaver respects the principles of fair use under copyright law. Fair use permits limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, commenting, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.
However, we are required by law to respond to proper DMCA notices even when the use might be fair. If your content was removed and you believe it falls under fair use, we encourage you to submit a counter-notice explaining your position.
